Kindergarten pre-registration will be held February 21st - 23rd from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.  Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.  Please bring a copy of your child's certified birth certificate to registration.  School healthcare forms are available by clicking on the link below or from the school office.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the school office at      815-643-2436.

          Monday, July 25 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

          Tuesday, July 26 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
